8th August

Second day in Hong Kong.. I am determined not to let the hot, sticky, polluted weather get to me. Though my throat feels like it does after a night in a smokey night club...... so much for working in a city not having a bad effect.

Jumped on the star ferry to HK Island.

Onto the mid level escalater.



From there to the Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

Lunch, though by this time it was too late for lunch, so it was more like dinner, at a place called "Bazil". Such nice food.

Back to the hotel for a swim to cool down, and then an un-eventful dinner.
