Books and Prices

I wandered into a book shop yesterday, Korea has many cheap things, and many expensive things. For example, a book on learning Korean is about 20-30 AUD. The same book on Amazon.com is about 30-40 USD (plus delivery) and the same book in a language bookshop in Melbourne is about 80 AUD.

Other things such as electronics, if they are made here, they are much cheaper. Such as LCD TV's are about 1000AUD cheaper, for the big ones.

Food is about the same, a KFC meal for example is about 5 AUD (give or take a couple of bucks depending on the options). Oh and KFC chips really suck here, they are not as nice as te ones in Aus.

Going out to eat can be expensive, or cheap, depending where you go, but in general, it feels a little more expensive than melbourne.
